After a quick grooming and fly spraying Bonito got to meet Romeo out in the arena (Away from other horse's teeth and hooves!). They got along really well! (You can see the full pictures once you click them.)

He loves his hay!

  2. He is already looking so much better. Still more proof that those horses suffered from nothing except a lack of feed.

Thanks for giving him a good home!

  4. Hi Aunt Lynn! Thanks for everything you did for me and Bonito. YOU are the real hero to me! Thank you from me and my mom for picking the prettiest and sweetest one for me! I hope "John Doe" is happy and has found a new friend like Bonito has. Keep letting us know how you both are doing. Thanks for being there for us! Oh, me and my mom think you're beautiful, inside AND out!!

  5. You are too cute! Ok...you need to get a pic taken with you, your Mom and Bonito. Send it to me so I can post it on my Facebook page!
I think you and your Mom are beautiful inside and out too! Both of you have gorgeous eyes!

"John Doe" is really starting to calm down. Absolutely loves being petted and groomed. Really loves human companionship. I am still keeping him away from the other horses for another few days. He can still breed for 2 weeks after castration, so I have to be careful with all the females on the ranch!
